Abstract

79% of government accounting practitioners do not have formal accounting education, one of solution is through effective accounting technical training. Effective Training must start with a good blue print, the curriculum according to the needs, targeted participants, standardized of implementation, and measured by a rigorous evaluation. In practice, the training should emphasize on practice patterns than just theory, because of technical training should provide the applicable skills . Likewise the teachers, should have the ability to teach based on the rules, not just talk about his experiences in the past.
