Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a historical necessity. Every human being and civilization will always experience dynamic progressive development, from time to time. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and all its dynamics become part of the human civilization. So, whether or not you want it, like it or not, you have to deal with this era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The leadership produced in leadership training for ASN is adaptive leadership which is expected to be able to compensate for the phenomenon of human civilization in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, adaptive leadership is not enough. As humans of faith, it is necessary to integrate religious values with adaptive leadership. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by collecting data that is descriptive, analyzed, and concluded in accordance with needs. In integrating values can be done with several approaches, including: first, implicit value presentation strategies; second, explicit value presentation strategies; third, deductive value learning strategies; fourth, inductive value learning strategies. These strategies are accompanied by certain techniques that suit your needs. Other innovations so that religious values can be combined in adaptive leadership can also be done with two models, namely: Integration Model and Separate Model.
