Abstract

This study employs the Rasch Model to analyze factors influencing the accessibility of the BPJS Health Insurance mobile application (JKN) in Indonesia. A survey was conducted among BPJS Health participants from various regions to evaluate the availability of technological infrastructure, digital literacy levels, and perceptions of government policy support. The analysis reveals that adequate technological infrastructure and high levels of digital literacy significantly impact the accessibility of the JKN application. Strong policy support also plays a crucial role in enhancing adoption and accessibility of the application. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing technological infrastructure in remote areas, increasing digital literacy through training programs, and formulating policies that support the use of technology for more inclusive and effective healthcare services nationwide. This research contributes significantly to understanding the key factors that need to be addressed in the development of technology-based healthcare applications in Indonesia.
