Pengaruh Media Sosial, Tata Kelola Pemerintahan, dan Kepercayaan Publik Terhadap Optimalisasi Partisipasi e-Government

This research investigates the implementation of e-government in Indonesia, with a focus on the use of social media and good governance as tools to enhance public trust and interaction between the government and citizens. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study collected data from 101 respondents through an online survey, with demographic details predominantly representing young urban women. The data analysis results, using the Rasch Model, revealed variations in scores among respondents, with an average total score of 56.1 and a standard deviation of 9.0. Key findings include aspects such as information quality, perceived ease of use, and usefulness of social media in the context of e-government. The research also highlights that government transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in e-government services are crucial for building public trust. The results indicate that effective governance can enhance community participation and support e-government goals in providing more efficient and effective public services. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for governments to improve their e-government strategies, meeting societal expectations and enhancing the quality of services provided.”
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menginvestigasi implementasi e-government di Indonesia dengan fokus pada penggunaan media sosial dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan interaksi antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 101 responden menggunakan survei online dengan perincian demografis didominasi oleh kaum muda perempuan yang tinggal di perkotaan. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Model Rasch menunjukkan variasi skor antar responden, dengan nilai rata-rata total skor sebesar 56,1 dan standar deviasi 9,0. Temuan utama mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kualitas informasi, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kegunaan di media sosial dalam konteks e-government. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsivitas pemerintah dalam layanan e-government sangat penting untuk membangun kepercayaan publik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik secara efektif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mendukung tujuan e-government untuk memberikan layanan publik yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemerintah dalam memperbaiki strategi e-government mereka untuk memenuhi harapan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang disediakan.
