Abstract

This research aims to explain the importance of improving public service systems in line with the increasing demands of society. In this context, the public sector and public systems face complex challenges, especially in dealing with high levels of uncertainty often referred to as "wicked problems". To overcome these challenges, collaboration involving various perspectives is needed to find effective solutions. The research method used is qualitative research, which involves in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, participatory observation, and document analysis. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the complexity of the public service system and the importance of collaboration in facing the challenges. The results of this research can provide valuable insights for decision-makers in designing better strategies and policies in improving public services.

 

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya peningkatan sistem pelayanan publik seiring dengan meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, sektor publik dan sistem publik menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks, terutama dalam menghadapi tingkat ketidakpastian yang tinggi yang sering disebut sebagai "masalah jahat". Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan kolaborasi yang melibatkan berbagai perspektif untuk menemukan solusi yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kompleksitas sistem pelayanan publik dan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merancang strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik.
