Pengaruh Spiritualitas Di Tempat Kerja Terhadap Keterlibatan Pegawai Di DPMPTSP Provinsi Jawa Barat (Effect Of Workplace Spirituality On Employee Engagement Study In DPMPTSP Jawa Barat)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the level of spirituality at work and employee involvement, as well as the influence of spirituality at work on employee involvement. The research method used was descriptive and explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Descriptive analysis results in this study indicate that the condition of spirituality at work (workplace spirituality) and employee engagement are considered very good or appropriate by employees; consistent with the reality experienced by the employees. Meanwhile, the results of the Pearson correlation test and t-test indicate that spirituality in the workplace and employee engagement have a positive and very strong relationship and significant influence.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kondisi spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan keterlibatan pegawai, serta pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja terhadap keterlibatan pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah descriptive dan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi spiritualitas di tempat kerja (workplace spirituality) dan keterlibatan pegawai (employee engagement) yang ada dinilai sangat baik, sesuai dengan kenyataan yang dialami oleh para pegawai. Sementara hasil analisis uji korelasi Pearson dan uji t mengindikasikan spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan keterlibatan pegawai memiliki hubungan yang positif dan sangat kuat serta pengaruh yang signifikan.
