Evaluasi Dampak Kurikulum Pelatihan Dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap Kesiapan Pegawai di Tempat Kerja (Evaluation of Impact of Basic Training Curriculum of Civil Servant Trainee on Their Work Preparedness)

This study aims to evaluate whether the curriculum of basic training has delivered the intended results. Evaluation is conducted to 118 civil servant trainees from 24 regencies and municipalities, all are alumni of the basic training and have returned to their workplace. They are asked whether the subjects of the basic training curriculum they acquired from the training are useful and supportive to their duty in the workplace. In this study, data collection is conducted using an online questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of the result shows that 97.4% of the alumni stated that basic training is useful to very useful for them in order to do their duty. However, digging deeper into the structure of the curriculum, there are several aspects of the curriculum that needs to be improved in order to enhance its effectiveness.
ABSTRAK
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah kurikulum yang diberikan pada Latsar CPNS telah dapat mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap 118 CPNS dari 24 kabupaten/kota yang telah berhasil lulus dari pelatihan ini, untuk mendapatkan gambaran apakah kurikulum ataupun materi-materi yang mereka dapatkan dari pelatihan dapat bermanfaat dan mendukung pelaksanaan tugas mereka di tempat kerja. Pada studi ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan bersifat sukarela. Analisis yang dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif, menunjukkan bahwa 97.4% peserta menyatakan bahwa Latsar CPNS ini bermanfaat bahkan sangat bermanfaat bagi pelaksanaan tugas mereka di tempat kerja. Namun demikian, pendalaman dari kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan kurikulum masih perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatan keberhasilan dan efektifitas dari pelatihan ini.
