This study aims to explore the level of student accessibility to the digital government application SATUSEHAT (PeduliLindungi) in West Java and Central Java. The main problem is the extent to which this application can be accessed and utilized by students, and what factors influence their level of accessibility. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive study with a Rasch approach to analyze the data. Data were collected through an online survey from 22 students who actively use the SATUSEHAT application. The research stages include identifying relevant domains and structures, focus group discussions, semi-structured interviews, administering questionnaires, and Rasch analysis to evaluate the solidity of the variables used. The results showed that most students have good access to the SATUSEHAT application, but there is variation in the level of understanding and utilization of this application. Factors such as ease of use, availability of information, and quality of service influence the perception and accessibility of the application. In conclusion, this study provides in-depth insight into the factors that influence student accessibility to the SATUSEHAT application. Recommendations generated include improving the application design to improve ease of use and quality of service, as well as expanding the information provided to meet student needs more effectively in the context of using digital government applications.
